Over the years I’ve been approached by multiple companies who are looking to create both web and mobile apps. The user interface of any app needs to be user friendly and create a user experience that encourages users to come back to the app. I love getting an understanding of desired workflows and identifying how to best represent that customer journey in a visual way. It’s this approach that ensures you’re viewing the app as a user and not just as the developer who is much more familiar with the product.
